Grant of Restricted Stock Units
RhythmOne plc ((LSE AIM: RTHM, "Company" or "RhythmOne"), a global advertising technology company, announces that on 23 March 2018, it granted Michael Hudes, RhythmOne's Chief Revenue Officer, restricted stock units ("RSUs") representing 244,131 Ordinary Shares of the Company. In addition, the Company announces that on the same day it granted Amy Rothstein, the Company's Chief Legal Officer, RSUs representing 187,793 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Vesting of Restricted Stock Units Granted
Mr. Hudes' and Ms. Rothstein's RSU grants shall vest 1/3 (or 33.33%) on the first anniversary of their start date and thereafter the remaining portion of the RSU grants shall vest each three-month period as to 8.33%, subject to certain performance criteria.
