DIRECTOR'S ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF - 16 August, 2013 - blinkx, the Internet Media platform powered by CORE, today makes the following additional disclosures in relation to Mark Opzoomer, one of its directors, pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies: Mark Opzoomer has notified the company after close of trading on 15th August 2013 that Zattikka plc and Hattrick Europe Limited, companies that he is a director of, were both placed into administration on 5th August 2013.
There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2 paragraph 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
