On 19 June 2020 the Company was notified of a sale of 10,000 ordinary shares of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') at price of £39.21 per Ordinary Share. This disposal was made from an account in the legal name of John Deer, but in which the shares are held on trust for his two childen, as beneficial owners.
