New Year Update

This announcement contains inside information.

The Company has submitted a draft Re-admission document to the UKLA and anticipates re-admission to trading within the next couple of weeks. This follows the completion of the purchase of Egerton Energy Ventures Limited, Sojitz Energy Project Limited and Idemitsu Petroleum UK Limited.

The company is adequately funded and will not be raising money on re-admission.

On 1st January the Company's net production was 5,473 boepd.

A further update will be provided when the Company's shares re-admit to trading.
