Board Appointment
Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., the non-life legacy insurance investor and capacity provider of US European MGA program business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eamonn Flanagan to the Board as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2020.
Eamonn has been involved with the London insurance industry since 1984 when he began his career with Royal Insurance, where he qualified as an actuary, before moving to the capital markets where he was director and head of European insurance at a leading investment bank. More recently, Eamonn co-founded Shore Capital Markets, a respected independent securities business, where he was a director. Eamonn is currently a non-executive director of AJ Bell plc.
