The Company was notified on 5 July 2010 by Safeguard Management Limited, as Trustee of The Timis Trust, that, following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 July 2010, it has an interest in 14,136,881 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 4.44 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
