Purchase of Shares by Director

The Company has been notified that on 16 July 2009, Mr Adrian Coates, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 30,578 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £0.639965 each. Mr Coates holds  30,578 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, and 140,000 share awards under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
