Mr Maurice Dijols Appointed to Remuneration Committee
London, 13 January 2014: Ruspetro plc (LSE: RPO) announces today that Mr Maurice Dijols, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed by the Board to be a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He joins Mr Kirill Androsov and Mr Frank Monstrey on this committee.
