In conformity with DTR 5.6.1A, RPC Group Plc is required to notify the market of the following:
RPC Group Plc's issued share capital consists of 331,613,277 ordinary 5p shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in RPC Group Plc is 331,613,277.
