Result of General Meeting
VANE is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were duly passed.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 116,000,000 Placing Shares of 0.1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM and Admission and dealings is expected to occur at 8.00am on 27 October 2011.
Following admission of the 116,000,000 Placing Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 442,923,658 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. This figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Defined terms in this announcement should be taken to have the same meaning as set out in the circular which was posted to shareholders on 29 September 2011.
