Vane Minerals PLC31 May 2007 VANE Minerals Plc ("VANE" or "the Company") Issue of Shares The Directors are pleased to announce the issuance of 6,250,000 ordinary sharesof 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to Geiger Counter Limited and City NaturalResources High Yield Trust Plc, pursuant to the conversion of loan notes held bythese parties as announced following the Company's extraordinary general meetingon 8 May 2007. Application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM")for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission isexpected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 5 June 2007.
