VANE Minerals today announces that immediately following the Company's AGM on 1 June 2010 David Ingmire, Non Executive Director of VANE, informed the board of VANE that he did not intend to seek re-appointment following his resignation from the board by rotation. Mr Ingmire ceased to be a Director of VANE on 1 June 2010. Mr. Ingmire wished to step down from the board in order to fulfil his other business interests.
Steve Van Nort, CEO, commented: "David was a great asset to this business and helped get VANE to the next level. I would like to thank David for all of his assistance and wish him well in the future."
