Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility and a person closely associated wirh a person discharging managerial responsibility.
- Vesting of 3,215 executive share incentive award shares to Tim Bessex (Group Sales and Marketing Director) and the subsequent sale of 1,511 shares to cover tax and NI liabilities and retention of the net 1,704 shares.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
