Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by persons discharging managerial responsibility.
Award of 49,366 nil cost options to Kathy Callaghan, Group Human Resources Director under the rules of the Rotork Long Term Share Incentive Plan (2010). A participant will normally be entitled to exercise their award and receive shares three years from grant subject to performance conditions and conintued employment. The vesting of the award will depend on total shareholder return, earnings per share and return on capital (economic profit) performance over a three year.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
