Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares (Shares) undertaken by PDMR/persons closely associated (PCA) with PDMR.
Exercise of options over 11,430 Shares under the Rotork plc Sharesave Scheme by Stephen Jones followed by immediate transfer to PCA, Jennifer Ann Jones.
