Rotork plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company provides notification of the following transactions undertaken outside of a market venue relating to the below named PDMRs and their respective interests in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The following Restricted Stock Unit Awards ('RSU Awards') were granted to each of the PDMRs listed below on 21 September 2021.
The RSU Awards will vest in two tranches on 16 May 2022 and 7 April 2023 respectively depending on the outcome of certain conditions.

The RSU Awards attract an accrued dividend equivalent entitlement on any vested Shares, with such entitlements to be settled in the form of additional Shares.
