Transaction in own shares and Total Voting Rights
Rotala announces that on 20 April 2015 it purchased 100,000 of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 62.75 pence per share.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 897,174 and the number of remaining ordinary shares in issue is 38,277,829, which is the number which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
