Rotala PLC13 June 2006 Rotala plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company has today made application for 8,333,333 new ordinary shares of onepenny each to be admitted to trading on AIM representing 2.89 per cent. of theenlarged share capital in the Company. The shares have been issued following theexercise of an option granted to The Flight Pension Trust at the time of therecent placing, which was announced on 30 March 2006. Trading in these shares is anticipated to commence on 19 June 2006. Followingadmission the enlarged share capital of the Company will be 288,641,027 ordinaryshares of one penny each. The Company has been notified that following admission of these shares, MrGeoffrey Flight will have a beneficial interest in 16,841,667 ordinary shares of1 penny each representing 5.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.
