Director Share Award
Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that Simon Dunn, Chief Executive Officer, has been awarded a bonus in the form of ordinary shares of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has issued to him 33,809 ordinary shares out of those shares which it holds in treasury, at a price of 29p per share.
Following this share award, Mr Dunn is now interested in 1,811,696 ordinary shares of 25p each, equal to approximately 3.61% of the total voting rights of Rotala.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 33,809 ordinary shares out of treasury to Mr Dunn, the total number of ordinary shares in issue remains unchanged at 50,924,918, of which 800,000 are now held in treasury. The remaining ordinary shares in issue carrying voting rights is 50,124,918. This number (50,124,918) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
