Papua Mining plc, a UK company focused on the exploration and development of gold and copper deposits in Papua New Guinea ("PNG") announces that Gunnar Palm has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests.
Michael Jolliffe, Non-executive Chairman, commented:
"I would like to thank Gunnar for the contribution he has made to the development of the Company since Papua was admitted to AIM in 2012. On behalf of the Board I would like to wish Gunnar all the best with his future endeavours."
