Director's share purchase

On 25 February 2010 Ian Burke, an executive director, notified the Company (under the obligations imposed by paragraph DTR 3.1.2 R of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules) that, on 25 February 2010, he purchased 100,000 ordinary 13 8/9p shares in Rank at a price of 101.8p per share, thereby increasing his notifiable beneficial share interest to 260,553 ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of the total number of shares currently in issue.
