Directorate change
The Rank Group Plc (LSE: RNK) ("Rank" or "the Company") announces that Clive Jennings, Finance Director, will be leaving the business to pursue other opportunities on 17 August 2018. Clive leaves with the Board's appreciation and thanks for the significant role he has played in the development of the Company over his 18-year tenure.
Ian Burke, Chairman of Rank, said:
"I would like to thank Clive for all of his hard work and dedication to Rank over the past 18 years. Clive has led the finance team through a number of complex acquisitions and regulatory changes and the Board wishes him well in his future endeavours."
Clive Jennings commented:
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Rank and I wish Ian, John and the team all the best with future plans as I take on my next challenge."
The Company confirms that it is commencing the search for a successor and will provide an update as and when appropriate.
