1 May 2012 Red Emperor Resources NL ("Red Emperor" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights and Clarification
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces that it has 258,484,221 ordinary shares of nil par value each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure of 258,484,221 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Clarification
Due to an administrative oversight, application for the admission of 14,857,142 ordinary shares was not made in July 2011. Admission to AIM of these shares will occur on 2 May 2012. Admission of these shares does not alter the previously announced issued share capital of the Company.
