Investment Manager's Holding
RMDL, an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments, announces that RM Capital Markets Limited (the "Investment Manager") acquired 103,736 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 99.0 pence per share on 16 January 2020.
This purchase was made pursuant to the Investment Manager's commitment to invest 50 per cent. of its management fee, on a quarterly basis, in Ordinary Shares. Under the Investment Manager agreement, any Ordinary Shares purchased in connection with such reinvestment are subject to a lock-in period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Therefore, with the agreement of the Board, 36,549 ordinary shares (equivalent to the Investment Manager's Q1 2019 purchase) which were acquired by the Investment Manager prior to 16 January 2019, now being eligible for sale, have been netted off against the 140,285 ordinary shares which would have otherwise been acquired on 16 January 2020.
Following the purchase, the Investment Manager's total holding of Ordinary Shares is 1,199,825.
