Company Update

Possible Equity Issue

RMDL, an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments, announces that it intends to explore options to raise further funds through a potential issue of new ordinary shares at a premium to net asset value under its existing authorities.

The Company's most recent monthly report, published on 15 July 2019 (the "Monthly Report", available to view on the Company's website via the link below), confirmed that RMDL continues to benefit from a strong pipeline and the Investment Manager remains confident in its ability to continue to originate and close high quality investments.

Furthermore, as indicated in the Monthly Report, the Company has utilised its RCF facility. It is intended that the proceeds of the proposed fundraise will enable the Investment Manager to further capitalise on the opportunities in its pipeline.
