The date of purchase of the shares was incorrectly shown as 11 March 2013 on the original announcement, when it should have been 11 March 2014.

RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 12 March 2014 that The Swiftsure Trust, a discretionary trust of which the principal beneficiaries are the children of Ian Molson, Chairman of RM2, acquired a total of 275,000 RM2 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 March 2014 at an average price of approximately 75.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Molson is interested in a total of 6,275,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.97 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
