EGM Resolutions Passed
RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company"), the vertically-integrated pallet innovator, confirms that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today were duly passed.
Shareholders inter alia: authorised the Company's directors to issue a further US$20 million in aggregate of convertible preferred shares; updated the Company's articles of association to reflect recent changes in Luxembourg law, including the ability to convene shareholders by means other than registered letters; reset the Employee Share Options Plan authorisation to an aggregate of 17 million shares; and created a nomenclature to distinguish the convertible preferred shares issued on 27 July 2016 from later-issued convertible preferred shares.
John Walsh, RM2 CEO, said, "We are happy with progress we have made with our production partners and we have recently announced agreements with major North American corporations. We look forward to updating the market in the near future on production and customers in the near future."
