Director's Dealing
Real Estate Investors plc (AIM: RLE), the West Midlands based property group, announces that it was advised yesterday that, on 19 September 2012, William Wyatt, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Wyatt's interest in the Company amounts to 48,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Mr Wyatt holds his Ordinary Shares in a Self Invested Pension Plan. He is also chief executive of Caledonia Investments plc which has an interest in 28.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
