PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it was informed on 4 October 2017 that Mr Hugh Sergeant, a PDMR of the Company, gifted 100,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company to his wife, Mrs Ana Patricia Sergeant on 3 October 2017.
Following the transfer, Mr Sergeant's beneficial interest in the Company is 1,221,610 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.488 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.
PCA Shareholding
Mrs Ana Patricia Sergeant (PCA to Hugh Sergeant) received 100,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company as a gift from Mr Hugh Sergeant.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR and PCA is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
