NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
VESTING OF 2016 PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN
AWARDS
The Company announces that contingent share awards in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") granted to Mike Faulkner and Jack Berry on 25 October 2016 under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "2016 Awards") vested on 16 October 2019 following the achievement of the 2016 Awards' performance condition.
The PDMRs sold sufficient Shares to cover their tax and national insurance obligations and the balance of their Shares was retained. Shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 235p per Share on 18 October 2019.
The table below sets out the Shares that vested on 16 October 2019, the number of shares sold and the beneficial holdings in the Company of the PDMRs following the vesting and sale:
