The Company announces that it was informed on 24 October 2017 that Ms Tamsin Evans, a PDMR of the Company, gifted 161,000 Ordinary Shares of ÂŁ0.003 each in the Company to her husband, Mr Christopher Marcus Evans on 20 October 2017.
Â
Following the transfer, Ms Evans' beneficial interest in the Company is 697 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00084 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.

PCA Shareholding
Â
Mr Christopher Marcus Evans (PCA to Tamsin Evans) received 161,000 Ordinary Shares of ÂŁ0.003 each in the Company as a gift from Ms Tamsin Evans.
