The Company announces that it was informed on 24 October 2017 that Ms Tamsin Evans, a PDMR of the Company, gifted 161,000 Ordinary Shares of Ā£0.003 each in the Company to her husband, Mr Christopher Marcus Evans on 20 October 2017.

Following the transfer, Ms Evans' beneficial interest in the Company is 697 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00084 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.

PCA Shareholding
Ā
Mr Christopher Marcus Evans (PCA to Tamsin Evans) received 161,000 Ordinary Shares of Ā£0.003 each in the Company as a gift from Ms Tamsin Evans.
