NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
DEFERRED EQUITY PLAN - VESTING OF AWARDS
The Company announces that conditional share awards in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") granted under the Company's Deferred Equity Plan ("DEP") to Sean Breslin, Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance, and Frances Fahey, Group Chief Operating Officer, both PDMRs of the Company, vested on 10 July 2020. Following vesting, the Shares were then sold on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 187.75p per Share on 13 July 2020.
The table below sets out the Shares that vested on 10 July 2020, the number of shares sold and the beneficial holdings in the Company of the PDMR following the vesting and sale:
