Annual Report

River and Mercantile Group PLC (the Group), the advisory and investment management business today releases its 2016 Annual Report.

The report can be found on the Group's website at http://www.riverandmercantile.com/Asp/uploadedFiles/file/Investor_relations/RandM_Annual_Report_2016.pdf and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on 4 November 2016, along with formal AGM documents relating to the Group's 2016 AGM.

The AGM is due to be held on 9 December 2016 at 9am at Grand Connaught Rooms, 61-65 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DA.

As previously announced, the Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 3.4 pence per share, of which 0.1 pence is a special dividend relating to net performance fees. The dividend will be paid on 11 November 2016.

The Directors have proposed a final dividend of 2.5 pence per share, which will be paid to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25 November 2016. The dividend will be paid on 14 December 2016, subject to shareholder approval at the Group's AGM.
