("RHM" or the "Company")

Issue of equity

The Board of RHM announces that the Company has issued and allotted 256,838 new ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to certain long-serving employees of RHM.

The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted and issued to certain employees of RHM in satisfaction of bonuses payable for long-standing service to the Company. The New Ordinary Shares have been issued to certain employees of RHM on the basis of a bonus of RM3,000 per year of service and are being issued at a price of 13.5p per ordinary share (the Company's closing mid-market price on 14 October 2014). The New Ordinary Shares are only being issued to those employees who have been employed by RHM for over five years.

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 22 October 2014. The New Ordinary Shares will, on Admission, represent 0.5 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of the Company and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.

Following Admission, RHM will have a total of 48,278,188 ordinary shares in the Company of US$0.10 each and with one voting right per share. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the share capital of RHM under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
