Result of General Meeting
Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the manufacturing and specialist services group, is pleased to report that further to the announcement on 11 September 2015, all resolutions to approve the issue of the New Ordinary Shares under the Placing, the Open Offer and the Debt Conversion together with the Capital Reorganisation, the adoption of new articles of association and renewal of general authorities to issue shares were approved at the General Meeting held earlier today.
