Directors' Shareholdings and Option Grant
As set out in the circular posted to shareholders on 11 September 2015 (the "Circular"), certain of the Directors have subscribed for new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in Redhall ("Ordinary Shares") at the placing price of 5p per share. In addition, as set out in the Circular, the Board has approved the grant of awards to certain Directors under the Long Term Incentive Plan. The resultant holdings of the Directors are as follows:
