Board Changes

Redhall Group plc, the specialist engineering support services group announces the following changes to its executive Board:-

·; Philip Brierley (aged 48, currently Group Commercial Manager) is appointed Group Commercial Director.

·; John O'Kane (currently Group Finance Director) leaves with immediate effect

·; Christopher Lewis-Jones (aged 52, currently Company Secretary and Head of Finance) is appointed Interim Group Finance Director.

Richard Shuttleworth, Group Chief Executive, commented:

"I am delighted to welcome Phil and Chris to the Board and believe their breadth of experience will improve our management of risk and deliver enhanced returns to our shareholders going forwards."

Chris Lewis-Jones currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:

Chris Lewis-Jones is interested in 47,764 ordinary shares of 25p and holds options over 50,000 further ordinary shares at an exercise price of 40.05p.

Philip Brierley currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:

Philip Brierley was a director of Irwins Limited, a general construction business that was placed into administration on 23rd November 2010 with an estimated shortfall to unsecured creditors of approximately £5m.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced under Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM rules.
