Booth Industries Group PLC21 November 2005 Booth Industries Group PLC Directorate Changes The Board of Booth announces that Bill Robson, the Group's managing director hasstepped down from the Board with immediate effect. The Board would like to thankhim for his many years of service with the Group. David Jackson, who was appointed as executive chairman on 22 September 2005 hasassumed the additional responsibility of chief executive with immediate effect. The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Simon Foster ascorporate development director. Simon aged 34, was corporate developmentdirector of Peterhouse Group PLC until its sale to Babcock International GroupPLC in June 2004. Simon has no interest in the ordinary share capital of BoothIndustries Group PLC at this time.
