Purchase of Own Shares
Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by shareholders and under the share repurchase programme announced on 30 June 2010, the Company announces that it purchased a total of 500,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each to be held in treasury on the 10 August 2010 at a price of 73.75 pence per share.
This represents 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this purchase, 4,010,000 shares are held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in Regus plc is 946,959,822.
