Regus appoints Dominique Yates as Chief Financial Officer

Regus plc ("Regus" or "the Company") today announces that Dominique Yates has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Regus Board with effect from 1 September 2011.

Dominique brings extensive financial and global commercial experience to Regus, spanning over 23 years. He has worked in a number of senior finance roles at multinational companies including as Chief Financial Officer at both LM Wind Power Group, the Netherlands-headquartered renewable energy company, and Symrise AG, the MDAX listed speciality chemicals company. Dominique was also Group Financial Controller at Imperial Tobacco Group plc and held senior financial positions at Smithkline Beecham plc and Dixons Group plc. He is a qualified chartered accountant in England and Wales.

Dominique takes over from Regus's current Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Gleadle. After six years with Regus, Stephen has decided to step down from his role as Director and Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. Stephen will resign from his role as Director and Chief Financial Officer effective from 31 August 2011 and has agreed to stay on at Regus for a short transitional period after that date to ensure a smooth handover. Dominique will be based at the Regus Research and Management Centre in Nyon.

In relation to Dominique Yate's appointment and the disclosure requirements under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Financial Services Authority's Listing Rules, Dominique Yates was Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Board of Symrise AG, a company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from 1 October 2007 to 30 November 2009. There is no information to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) of the Financial Services Authority's Listing Rules.
