Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 31st August 2011 it received notification from its Chairman, Douglas Sutherland, that on the same day his wife purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 68.49 pence per share.
As at 31st August 2011, Mr. Sutherland holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that on 31st August 2011 it received notification from Dominique Yates, who will be a Director and the Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1st September 2011, that on the same day he had purchased 641,989 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 68.4 pence per share.
As at 31st August 2011, Mr. Yates holds an interest in 641,989 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
