Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 29th March 2010 it received notification from Mark Dixon, a Director of the Company, that during the period 26th to 29th March 2010 he exercised his right to acquire 1,708,108 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.6475 per ordinary share. The ordinary shares had been awarded to him as options on 8th September 2004 under the Company's Share Option Plan.
As at 29th March 2010 Mr. Dixon holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 322,028,792 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 33.86% of the total voting rights in the Company.
