Regus Group PLC04 November 2005 4th November 2005 Immediate Release Regus Group plc (the "Company") Regus Group plc announces that the Remuneration Committee has granted thefollowing conditional LTIP share awards to its Executive Directors on 3rdNovember 2005 under the Regus Group plc Co-Investment Plan approved byshareholders at the Company's AGM on 26th May 2005:- Name Number of Shares subject to LTIP Award Mark Dixon 337,398 Rudy Lobo 186,992 The release of these LTIP awards will be subject to the satisfaction of freecash flow per share and earnings per share targets over a three year performanceperiod. In addition there is a Total Shareholder Return underpin whereby noLTIP awards will be released unless the Total Shareholder Return performance ofthe Company is at least at the median compared to the companies currentlyconstituting the FTSE 350 Support Services Index over the three year performanceperiod from the date of grant. The earliest normal vesting date on which shares may be released is 3rd November2008. Further details of the conditions and vesting arrangements will beincluded in the Directors' Remuneration Report for 2006. The Company also granted conditional LTIP share awards under the Co-InvestmentPlan on 3rd November 2005 to the following senior executives dischargingmanagement responsibility under the same terms and conditions as the aboveawards to Executive Directors. The LTIP Award is granted on the same terms and conditions as the awardsgranted to Executive Directors under the Co-Investment Plan.
