The Company announces that it received notification on Friday 2nd January 2009 that the following Directors have on the same day purchased ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 51.41 pence per share.

The purchases were made pursuant to certain undertakings by Mr Matthews and Mr. Robinson to purchase shares on a quarterly basis in an amount equivalent to their respective net director's fees.
