Clarification: Dividend Record Date

Regus plc today announced its final results for the year ended 31 December 2011. In the annual financial report announcement the Company quotes a Final Dividend of 2.0p per share with an associated Record Date of 26 April 2012. This Record Date should read 27 April 2012.
