The Real Good Food Company plc ("RGFC" the "Group"), owns the largest independent non-refining distributor of sugar in Europe (Napier Brown), supplies bakery ingredients (Renshaw and R&W Scott) and manufactures patisserie and desserts (Haydens Bakery)
The Board of RGFC announces that the Group will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 hrs. on Thursday, 13th September 2012 at the Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1A 9HQ.
