Further to the General Meeting of the Company held at 11am on 06 March 2015, shareholders approved the appointment of David King, Paul Murray & John Gilligan as directors of Rangers International Football Club plc with immediate effect. Mr. King indicated prior to the meeting that he would not take up the appointment at this time.
