Rexam PLC Voting Rights and Capital
Rexam PLC gives notice, in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, that the Company's share capital consists of 705,731,346 Ordinary shares of 80 5/14 pence, each entitled to one vote.
Rexam holds no ordinary shares in Treasury therefore the total number of voting rights in Rexam as at 31 May 2016 is 705,731,346.
The above figure (705,731,346) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Rexam under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
