("Red24" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights For the purpose of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of thisannouncement consists of 324,710,836 ordinary shares of 1p each, each carryingthe right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 324,710,836.
